WiseCloud, built by Wisedone Geophysical Technology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as Wisedone, is a cloud platform for first break picking of seismic data. The intellectual property of WiseCloud and its client tool, WiseUser, belongs fully to Wisedone, and protected by law. It is an open platform, we look forward to joining of gifted geophysicists all over the world.

WiseCloud

For the time being, WiseCloud provides only the service of FB picking based on refraction theories. Static correction, near-surface modeling, and other modules related to the FB time will be available in the future.

WiseUser

As the client tool of WiseCloud, WiseUser is designed to be customized and can be composed of different plugins. But now it is customized for FB picking, and includes plugins for compressing of segy data, coordinate encryption, uploading WDF file, picking FB by interacting with WiseCloud, calibrating, editing, and exporting the FB etc.

Security of User Data

We provide for the user with one demo dataset which is authorized by friendly organizations. The coordinates in it have been encrypted. We have no obligation to explain its background.

Before uploading to cloud, the user could encrypt the seismic data by their own tools, or do it during transfering from SEGY to WDF in WiseUser by randomly rotating and shifting the coordinates. There is absolutely no way to restore its raw coordinates.

The user can only restore the coordinate by calibrating the FB file downloaded from cloud by matching with the local SEGY file(with real coordinate).

Free Test

Now WiseCloud is online for free test. The user all over the world can experience the outstanding technology of FB picking from Wisedone on cloud. From now on the registered user(email address) can pick freely for months. As WiseCloud is built newly, we may halt the server and update WiseCloud at any time without notifying the user in advance.

During test the user may run into something unforeseen. Sometimes, the processing servers may be overloaded, and the job has to queue for processing. Moreover, the user data might be lost during uploading owing to the server or network failure.

We promise to protect the user privacy and not to leak any information of the user and their data to any third individual or organization.

Disclaimer

While operating with WiseCloud the user computer must connect to the internet. All information or data on the computer is possibly exposed to the hacker and may be in danger of leakage. We strongly suggest that the user would complete the data tranformation and encryption on the computer which is physically separated from the internet ( see Tips of Installation and Usage for details ). Wisedone bears no legal responsibilities for the security of user data during processing with WiseCloud and WiseUser.

The FB picking on WiseCloud is completed automatically. The quality of the result may be variant due to the seismic data itself. The data with low SNR may lead to a poor result of picking. For the result of free test and its influence to the user we can not bear any responsibility.
